Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo’s brand Commes Des Garcons opened its flagship shop in Central yesterday, and Sammi was at the shop immediately before the opening ceremony to look at their stock. At about 6pm last night, Sammi arrived at the shopping center dressed in a white shirt and jeans and when she saw the reporters waiting there for her, she appeared to be a little shocked, but still maintained a polite smile. She stayed at the shop for about 20minutes, during which she bought a pair of shoes worth HKD3000, before hurriedly leaving. It was also reported that she went to have dinner after the shopping excursion.
Apparently Sammi was invited to the shop by the agent of the brand I.T., and I.T. representatives told reporters afterwards that they had donated a 6 figure sum in Sammi’s name to the charity <Art in Hospital>.
