Fans of veteran Hong Kong singer Liza Wang from as far as China and Cambodia were among the 5,000 capacity crowd who caught her eagerly anticipated 40th Anniversary Asia Tour at the Arena of Stars here.
The queue even started three hours before the show on Saturday.
The diva, with the status as an ah jie (big sister) in Hong Kong show business, made her entrance in a striking yet modest pink knee-length dress.
The tempo of the show was slow at first but soon picked up with the the rest of her crew joining Wang on stage.
And the singer went on to prove in the next three hours that one has to remain versatile to stay in the game.
